Everything starts right when you contact le sucre.

1. le sucre will set-up a tasting and consultation.
2. During your tasting you will have four flavors to chose. We will talk about your event date, number of guests, location and we will also get to know the design of your  special day — event theme, colors, ideas, and your personal taste. Out of the four  flavors tasted you can pick which one or ones you would like in your cake.
3. After the tasting le sucre will take 2-3 weeks to research and develop three separate  designs for your cake. le sucre will send you your designs and we will have a phone  consultation discussing the designs and finalizing which design best fits your event.
4. After the design is agreed upon le sucre will send you your contract with all of the  details of your event and cake design. A 50% deposit is required to hold your  event date.
5. le sucre will send your final invoice 3 weeks prior to your event. All payments are  made no later than 2 weeks prior to the event.
6. On the day of your event le sucre will deliver and set-up your cake.

Its that simple.
